Service in my business means being thoughtful and organized, so my processes flow smoothly and alleviate stress for my clients, rather than becoming a new source of it. It means being dependable, doing what I say I will (or communicating if I can't), hitting deadlines, and setting realistic expectations.
CONNECTION
Connection in my business means focusing on building meaningful, long-term relationships, rather than making quickie transactions. It means prioritizing family and self-care over business, and supporting my clients and employees as they do the same.
VISION
Vision in my business means holding space for my vision, yours, and that of your ideal clients and customers. It means seeing and believing in what's possible and helping you live out your vision.
JUSTICE
Justice in my business means speaking up for what I believe in, no matter who’s listening, or how uncomfortable it might be. It means using my voice to speak up for those who can't, and standing side-by-side with those who can speak as their friend and supporter.
You should know that I stand beside LBGQT+ people, and I believe that Black lives matter, Indigenous lives matter, and the lives of People of Color matter. Always have to me. Always will.
